Can someone explain snap bids?
I'm going to 2 pref parties tonight, of 2 sororities that I did not feel I connected with. But they are the only 2 that invited me back, so I have to go in order to stay eligible for snap bids and COB's. However, I don't really understand the process of snap bids. Could someone explain it? I don't understand... do you have to NOT sign your pref card to be eligible? And then IF you get a snap bid, do you get it BEFORE or AFTER walk?
