I didn't necessarily mean easier on the whole but I know colonies generally take individuals from all grade levels, at least more so than in formal recruitment, due to a need for a more traditional distribution of members and thus a different recruitment experience for those who aren't first year PNMs. Not that any sorority is necessarily jumping up and down for grad students, however.

I seem to recall a former thread down these lines suggesting that a colony may be easier for a non-traditional student but I can't find it now so I might have made things up.
