The only adverse thing that ever happened to me was once I skipped my period for about 4 months (a lot of events at all the wrong times) and when I finally did have it it was a little heavier than usual and I had a little more cramping. So I might not recomend it for those of you who already have problems with cramping or heavier flows. But as always, ask your doctor before you try something new. Mine said there was nothing wrong with skipping it every so often, or at all, so why not?
