"Delta Chapter in Meadville, PA was hostess for the Fourth National Convention, April 8-10, 1896. The delegates convened in the fraternity room....The social features were a reception and musicale at the home of Mrs. Walter Harper, receptions by Kappa Alpha Theta and Kappa Kappa Gamma in their fraternity rooms and a banquet at the Commercial Hotel."
