Y'know, I was reading those emails, and while they're not, you know, great or anything, they didn't seem that bad to me. Pretty typical (which again, isn't necessarily good). I think there are probably a lot of people up on their high horses/clutching their pearls who should be very, very, very glad email/FB/internet didn't exist in their day.
