*Sister-Mother Coordinator-- In other words, I was Big/Lil Chair. I planned events, held weekly monitor meetings, matched up the Bigs and Lils, Surveys, etc. Fun, but it could be a pain in the butt.(To AGD's, its usually under the Sisterhood Coordinator's job, but back before IHQ consolidated many of the positions, it was an actual one and my chapter has brought it back. I even wrote a full manuel for it.)

Unrecognized Position.....
Big Sister to the whole chapter. Being the oldest and only senior it was my job to kind of be babysitter at parties, the shoulder to lean on, advice giver,leader etc. I was fun but with 2 juniors, 7 sophs, and 40 freshmen at times I wanted to crawl under a rock.(
