Not quite for clothes, but for name tags, I'm a big fan of professional-looking magnetic tags that take up minimal time on the part of the recruitment team. Today, I saw that my FAVORITE button company (yes - I have a favorite button company), has come out with "clothing magnets", or basically buttons with a magnetic backing. The design would all have to be the same, but I'm thinking you could easily write a name with paint pen, glitter glue, permanent marker, etc.
The price is great, especially if you have a large chapter or can go in with another chapter:
