Just adding my 2 cents..but it seems to me that we all know how much social media is used for research, etc. on anything and any topic. While I don't think PNMs should totally base any decision from what they see on the internet and FB, it seems sort of ridiculous that chapters and nationals wouldn't keep their sites updated and interesting, knowing that PNMs will be checking them out.
I don't fault this young lady for checking them out and starting to form opinions and use this as a piece of information to analyze. Candidly, I would.
