"Kidnapping" Fundraiser

Has anyone ever successfully done a kidnapping fundraiser?? Can you explain it?

How many chapters were involved?
Do you prep the people you're going to kidnap?
Where do you put them once they've been nabbed?
When do you take them, and how do you alert people that they've been taken?
What do you charge for people to get them back?
