1. Initiation attire and other ritual attire is going to vary by chapter. It's a good idea to pick up a white dress for pledging, though, especially if you can find one on a sale. You should be safe if it's knee-length or longer and covers your shoulders and has a modest bustline. If your chapter has different requirements for initiation, they'll let you know.
2. Google image search for Texas Tech recruitment and look for pictures.
3. Google "Greek Chat" and "Texas Tech" and "recruitment" and look for threads.
4. If you are in Texas, contact your local Panhel for information about what to wear. You can also reach out to the Texas Tech Panhel and ask them.
5. This shopping site has suggestions for Texas Tech recruitment. I don't know how accurate they are. I think their choices for pref are pretty heinous, but I like their choices for the other three days I didn't rush in Texas, though, so I may be wrong.
