we had a situation like that with a girl in my pledge class...she ended up not getting initiated due to her 0.0 (literally)

GPA...she kept wearing our letters even after admitting the drugs she does now, the fact that she failed out of school, and the people she's slept with...it was ridiculous...someone other than a sister said something not very tactful to her about wearing our letters and she quit...
