Interview with a new colony...what do I wear?

Thanks to all of you for every bit of help, I figured I'd update in case anyone was curious. To clarify, that dress reached from about the middle to the top of my knees, so I decided that it wasn't too short. I was all set to wear a blazer with it, until I came across a pack of safety pins in my desk! I pinned up the entire back, and many safety pins later you would never have known it was open to begin with. That dress, plus some nude flats and a pretty smooth interview led to my receiving a bid!! =) I couldn't be happier, thank you all so much!
