Work week ideas??

Hey,
So I'm new to this "polish"/"work week" idea because I initiated last fall and became VP Membership in the middle of Winter. We are not doing the Formal Rush with the other NPC sororities, so now I have no idea what is supposed to go on during this week. A lot of ideas I have seen involve learning how to do bump groups with pnms. So, what can I use instead? I'm so lost

please help me.
