I was afraid that might happen, considering the tight timeline Ross had to deal with. Honestly, I'm surprised Lionsgate isn't pushing back the release date to accommodate the schedule. Especially since it will be even more difficult for a new director to step into the franchise, pick up where THG left off, and do Catching Fire justice in the same time frame that Ross couldn't accept. I was really hoping they could work it out.
