Ditto to Under Armour! While it can be expensive, you can get it at some stores for super cheap since it's end of season. I got a pair of pants for running a few weeks ago--they should have been $110, but I got them for $39.99 because they had pink ribbons on the waistband and October is over.

There are also Under Armour outlets.
Sorels might be a good choice for winter boots.
