From his first post, that would be a reasonable interpretation. Unfortunately, his second post -- where he talks about ability to "compete with the fraternities that currently reside in the Greek Village" and having the "numbers, finances, or the interest to have as much of an impact on the Greek Life of USC" -- he made clear he didn't mean being relevant to the discussion. He meant not being relevant to Greek life at USC.
