LOL. What does MysticCat have right?

I like sweet potatoes more than yams. Most people have never had yams and don't really know the difference between yams and sweet potatoes.

That is why some family doctors, pastors, and "community members" are advising "the Black community" to either stay away from sweet potatoes (and yams) or only eat it in small servings during a holiday.
