This should actually be the lesson. Everyone should already know that crazy readers, sock puppets, and trolls don't care about what they have a license to do. If being edited and banned mattered they would not come here in the first place.
People can continue to do whatever they do and put the onus on the crazy readers, sock puppets, and trolls. If that sounds smart to people then good luck to them.

Where was the first flame? I wish people would stop making comments and then verbally preparing for some kind of backlash. You did that in your OP and you keep doing that. Own up to what you want to say and stop labeling the responses to your posts as flames. People...are...responding...to...you. If you don't want responses to your posts keep your opinions to yourself or private message them to someone who you know agrees with your every word.
