I have to wonder why you need that many nights! Six? For only three sororities? No wonder you have to find stuff to fill it up!
Most campuses do an info night followed by three or four rounds, where pref is the fourth round, so it's five nights max. And with three chapters, I'm sure five nights is enough for the girls to decide where they want to go and vice-versa. Have you considered getting together with Panhel and cutting the number of parties down by one?
