Good question. The 6 pledges picked to live in the house were juniors mainly because a lot of them were transfer students. Also, keep in mind that these 6 pledges are only about a third of the whole pledge class. Granted, that also makes most of them 21, a plus in MTV's book if they were going to recruit anyone.  Who knows, but I can say that almost all of the pledges seemed very authentic and the ones I am suspicious of have good stories to back up their reasons to pledge. Good storytellers looking for 15 minutes of fame or real pledges? You decide.
