Advice please? Any answers apprciated!

Hi! I just signed up for recruitment this fall! I'm so excited! I've been looking forward to going through the process for what seems like forever! I have everything I'm going to wear picked out and an open mind going in to the process! My only issue is that I come from a non-greek family that judges based off the stereotypes. I am having trouble convincing them that not all sororities are about partying and the importance of acedemics in a sorority. They think a sorority is just overall bad news. Does anyone on here who dealt with a similar situation know how I can prove to them that not all sororities are bad? Also I suppose while your here, what tips do you have for me regarding the recruitment process? What should I expect? Personally what question did you find most important to ask a pnm? What are good questions I should think to ask? Thanks!!!
