Correct. In general, you "have" to have an interest in a service organization that is rooted in enriching the lives of others with primary interest in people of the African Diaspora. In the relatively rare occasion where we find nonBlacks (those who aren't considered of the African Diaspora) who are genuinely interested in that, those individuals are more than welcome to apply.
Oh yay. "One white guy" is known as "The White Iota." And you find that funny. Race matters and race and ethnicity should never be ignored but being called "The White Iota" means a great deal.

I mean, you're acting as though I'm the only one who says it...in fact, he gave himself the name sooo...and I wasn't using the fact that he's white to congratulate him on his achievement. I was congratulating him because NPHC get little to no recognition at our school. In fact, they hate when all people think that all they do is step shows. I go to a school where interest in NPHC is very low, even though we have 6/9. He should be very proud of himself. So what are you tryin' to say?
