FWIW, when I was in chapter I never felt like I had to "answer to" anyone.
If there are sophomores in any offices, she's going to have to put up with the fact that they can make decisions (i.e. what to wear at rush, when mixers or other events are) and she must follow them. Maybe that's a better way to put it, but she seemed so bugged by the age difference I thought I should bring it up.
