Everyone learns differently and it is up to us teachers to TRY teach in a way that HOPEFULLY will cater to everyone.

The lower level the class, the harder to teach because they don't have a solid background. Heck, I have some students that have a hard time adding and subtracting....

My job is not just about teaching them how to add or subtract, but to teach them how to problem-solve, how to read between the lines when given information to be sorted out. When you're at a job, your boss is not going to say "calculate this". The man is going to say "here's a bunch of stuff, give me an analysis of the overall status".

I give props to all teachers that work diligently to help their students.

Sorry for the long ass post.
Hey, you don't have to apologize for having a long post. You are entitled to be proud of what you do! Sorry that troll was such a jerk. I think it's great whenever someone takes pride in what they do. I love what I do and I'm damn good at it! I say keep up the great attitude and your students are very lucky to have someone who actually cares to help them learn! Greek love to all my fellow Greeks!
