Rumors of structural problems are absolutely unfounded. Structure is fine - been verified by structural engineers and architects. The problem is providing common areas that can accomodate the chapter i.e. dining room, chapter room, living areas for chapter events.

The kappas are just concerned with trying to provide the best possible living environment for their membership - those housed as well as unhoused. This is the big problem for all chapters on campus.
