My big and I are pretty decent friends. We talk from time to time.
I had a good relationship with my first little until he started becoming unreliable and stopped attending events. I invited him to a lot of places and tried to get him involved more, but this didn't really work. He only became good friends with a couple people in the chapter. These 'good friends' ended up causing trouble with the rest of the chapter and left on their own. My little told me at the end of his freshman year he was going inactive to focus on school work, since he had a rough first year. I tried to help him with study habits but those didn't work, he kept putting things off last minute and pulling multiple all-nighters. He tells me during rush week he needs to leave because people he liked left and he needed to focus on schoolwork. Later I find out he joined a club sport team that travels frequently, so eh. He also lost one of my lettered hoodies.
My second little and I got along well and I helped him a lot with the pledge process and tried to be a mentor. Later I find out he actually didn't think too highly of me (after asking him about it I never did get an actual reason). We grew apart and rarely spoke to each other (Though he stayed active).
I was asked to take up a little again and I declined, considering my track record.
