Nah....I get your point, but she actually discussed why she thought it was a solid company and pretty extensively about her personal life during this conversation. The woman pretty much dominated the conversation. If she thought the company had a new business model, the only thing she mentioned is that you can rent the game systems at their stores and buy snack food. Maybe she was trying to convince herself and her friends that Blockbuster is a strong company, but honestly, if I worked for a company that was in trouble, I probably wouldn't monopolize a conversation talking about how wonderful it was.
