How to get a House - HELP!

At Indiana State University the greek system is not huge. We are the biggest chapter on campus, though!

A few of the fraternities/sororities have houses. What is the process of getting a house? I know we would have to talk with nationals but what are ways to get the funds to support? Any suggestions are appreciated
