Grad Assistant interview questions -- I need ideas ASAP!!!

I have a couple interviews in the next two days with possible Graduate Assistants in our office of Greek Affairs. I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas of what types of questions I should ask these candidates. I've never been to one of these interviews and think that I should have some questions prepared to ask if I need to.

Please let me know as soon as you can considering these interviews are within the next two days!!
