Fraternity for disabled students?

Hi, I joined the network because I'm considering founding a new Greek organization with two friends, one of whom uses an electric wheelchair. The fraternity (or sorority. either would most likely be co-ed) would be for students with disabilities. The idea is to eventually adapt a house and offer wheelchair accessible rush, social, and philanthropic events. I realize founding a fraternity is a long, involved, difficult process, more so because this would be a new organization as opposed to a new chapter of an existing fraternity. So I'd appreciate any advice, or even information as to whether a fraternity of this nature exists already (nothing turned up in my googling)
Thank you
