Retention
I have a major concern about the way ADPi puts together its programing. It seems to be so New Member focused that its difficult to figure out ways to keep the members you already have.
Right now, the chapter that I advise is above total but was are starting to have Sophomores drop mostly because of housing issues. They don't want to live in the house as Juniors. I really don't understand it. What do you find effective to keep the members you already have?
