This one person I used to go to college with puts up these statuses in all caps that are so far abbreviated and misspelled that they're hard to read. What's up now (status+response to someone) looks a bit like this:
BEEN WIT WIT DA HUBBY BOOTER DESE PAST COUPLE OF DAYS....HOPEFULLY GOIN OUT 2MORO NYT N DEN BACK 2 WORK ON SATURDAY. SUNDAY DINNER WIT DA FAM CANT WAIT N DEN Joslynn Keeps'it A'hundred B-DAY IS NEXT WEEK WE GETTIN IT IN!!!! LUVIN MY FAM RYT NOW....

I feel it's appropriate to mention this girl is famous in my class for getting hit by a car freshman year. Or rather she's famous for standing up, looking at the car like it offended her, and walking away from the accident scene.

it hurts to read when people type like that. it hurts as someone who went to school, as someone who respects the english language, and physically hurts my head to have to decipher that mess. i feel like it's more work to type like that. and the all caps always irritates me. ALWAYS.
