I don't know how AKA works, but with Panhellenic chapters, I'm like 99.9% sure that you have to be a registered student at the school to be an active collegiate member.

U of P doesn't have social sororities.

If that is what you "want" you would need to attend a "regular" school. U of P is basically for working adults, who can't afford to quit their job to attend school full-time during the day.
