Bid cards

Gang, I'm in a bind: I need some bid cards! Does anyone have some non-chapter specific bid cards that they could share with me? Also, could someone suggest a place to get some printed as well as some examples thereof? Has anyone used a computer to generate them, and if so, what software and what did you print them on? Thanks!!
