I think they actually did something like that. They did a "Top 10 Bridezilla moments" from last season and they did some follow up.
I should be more embarrassed to know this, but a few of them were actually still together. If you saw the one where the groom never showed up, but they ended up running off to Vegas, they are actually still together! And so are the two where the bride told her husband that he would never see his friends after the wedding day.
