Donice Marie Harbor

I am sorry to advise of the passing of Donice Marie Harbor. Donice was a graduate of Fayetteville State University and received her MPA from North Carolina Central University. Donice worked as Special Assistant to Governor Beverly Eves Perdue here in North Carolina. The funeral service will be held at Greater Cleveland Avenue Christian Church in Winston-Salem, NC. Please keep the family and friends in your prayers.
