WHAT HAPPENED TO JUDY WINSLOW on Family Matters?!

Totally random, but Nick at Nite made me wonder. What happend to the Winslow's youngest child on Family Matters?! She just disappeared from the show and nobody ever said where she went...

I know all about the actress who played her's downward spiral, I just want an explaination about the character and plot of the show.
