Our alumnae chapter has a member who is from our Beta Omicron chapter.
I typically am in charge of the program/nametags for Founders Day and I have just taken to always spell out chapter names for this reason. She has never commented on being from the BO chapter (it is across the country from where we are, so it is not really at the forefront of our minds) and I would never be classless enough to bring it up with her.
My org is currently in the Etas with our new colonies. Will have to look up for HO and HI.
