On some campuses, the houses vary widely in size, layout, decor, sleeping arrangements and location. This is definitely a huge factor for PNMs and why house tours are conducted. I remember during my rush only wanting a house on the traditional "sorority row" even though half the chapters on campus were located somewhere else. Stupid now, but it was important to me at the time!
