Rushing as a transfer @ UF

Hey! I am currently going to transfer to the University of Florida, in the fall and I really would like to rush but I will be considered a Junior as of Fall 09. I know rushing as a Junior is MUCH harder, but could anyone give advice on rushing as a junior, I plan on staying at the university for longer than 2 yrs by getting my masters. Is there any advice to better my chances of getting bids from houses (exp..letters of recc?))?? Any help id appreciate soooo much
