More than likely...
More than likely it really means nothing. Fraternities sometimes get the idea into their minds that certain things would be funny if they were done. Our house lives by that. Thats why we consistantly do stupid things like the white mask thing. I bet it went something like this "Wouldn't that be funny if we drove down the street and wore these white masks and yelled out the window. People would be so confused". These things happen all the time in our house. Another way to tell if is a step show or having something to do with ritual, or something they do every year: Were they dressed up or just in normal clothes? If they were dressed up, it is definately something that will happen every year. if not, its most likely they were just pullin a prank.
