there are a few private dorms around florida state. cash hall, osceola hall and one that is right next to the chi omega house(the name of which escapes me right now). cash hall has been there since the 70's. osceola at least since the late 70's, early 80's and chi o's neighbor late 90's(i think).
[hijack] I always call the one next to Chi O the "Phyrst" dorm, after the bar that used to be there before they built the dorm.
