That reminds me of a story when I met a bruh from the Eta Lamda chapter at University of Houston ("SpaceCity Nupes"). A friend of mine had gotten in to an accident in Houston,TX so I traveled to HTown for the weekend to see him and keep him in good spirits. When I arrived, there was a few other dudes in there and my cousin who lived in Houston had introduced me to everyone in the room. After a little conversation with this brother sitting right across from me and learning that we had a ton of things in common; my cousin jokingly says "yea yall got more than that in common too!" He and I both looked at one another like..ummm what is he talking about? After a few seconds he looked me up and down as I did him.. then he "hit me up" and I replied..we gripped one another up and laughed about the whole thing. He later invited me to a party his Chapter was having in the Houston area that was off the meter ( Another Nupe Party ya know?). The love was unreal. Small world indeed.
