I know each and every org does it differently, but it's frustrating that they are doing family trees for the sake of the plot line.... Maybe this may be true for your chapter, for mine that was not necessarily so.
Anyway, Kappa Tau seems to just shout out names and whoever wants them gets them. ZBZ's seems to be similar. I only vaguely remember the episode where Casey got Rebecca, but didn't she willingly volunteer despite all their drama?
