Hey, I just posted it - made not one comment.
And if the paps were stalking me and MY HUSBAND WHO HAD BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED AT A BAR WITH A YOUNG WOMAN while I was out of town you betcha I wouldn't have a pleasant look. But at an event to promote my book? I'd be smiling. Or at least not looking quite so pissed. I know some stars make a real effort to just grin at the photographers - you don't see their pictures as much, probably because of it. Charm School was right - every girl looks prettier when she smiles.
eta - and I have more sympathy for professional actors, who do not deserve to lose their privacy in their private life just because they make movies, as opposed to those who parade their private lives for personal gain. I think that if you let cameras into your personal life, you have less right to demand for your personal life to be non-public.
