Talking I landed my first job interview!

Today I got an email from someone at Johns Hopkins University Center for Inherited Disease Research, and they want to interview me for the position of a genotyping technician! I am so psyched! I know I didn't specifically apply for this job, so that means they acquired my resume and are genuinely interested in me!

It will be my first real job interview ever, so I'm sure to be really nervous. Does anyone have any suggestions for me to prepare?
