How to stick out?
I have been President of my sorority for a couple months now, and am loving every minute of it. I'm not the type to let people get to me, because I know it will be hard to completely please 60 girls at all times, but I've gotten good feedback in general. But I'm having issues with the previous officers, who are apparently talking nonstop about how "last year's executive council was so much better" and things like that. Being President, I feel responsible for those comments, even though they're pretty ignorant since they're not on EC anymore.
Instead of getting mad about it, I'm hoping to prove these girls wrong by sticking out as a "different" president. Yes, I do everything I'm supposed to do behind-the-scenes, but does anyone have ideas of ways I could change it up a bit that would be apparent and helpful for the entire chapter?
