Declared inactive (Feb 2009)

According to the changes in the Chapter List at the National Web Page, the following chapters are no longer active.

Pi Chi (V,65) - Duquesne University
Alpha Epsilon Rho (V,65) - West Liberty State College
Pi Beta (IX, 21) - University of Dubuque

I presume that this decision was made at the February Board meeting.
