Can anyone help clarify this situation?
I come from a very small school that has only three sororities. I went through formal recruitment with my roommate and was cut as soon as the first cuts were made to one invite and roomie got two. We were then cut by everyone before preference night. We were both told that about ten girls were cut out of thirty. However, when we went out today, Bid day, we discovered that every other girl had gotten a bid except for us two. We've both emailed the head of greek life and the panhel vice president of recruitment to see what's going on and if we have a chance at getting an open bid, but we're both rather confused as to what happened, especially when the other cut girls still got bids.
Can anyone help clarify this for us?
