Ok, our chapter is at a very pivitol moment. Furthermore, still a new member (initiated nov 2001), I know I'm missing a lot of the picture.
I see my chapter lacking the togetherness, many brothers complain of having to work, and girlfriends are more important than meetings, etc. etc.
Question for everyone... How do you go about bringing a chapter together. I've spoken to one brother from Riverdale, CA and they run bi-monthly brainstorm meetings where they spend a good hour or so going over collective free time they have and plan events where the entire chapter attends. Seems like a good plan, but that would only work if the chapter were already together. It'd be great to hear from other bros, maybe a chapter who's already been through this.
